Brannon Fain

Brannon Fain

Founder & President

Brannon Fain brings with him a wide variety of experience specifically related to the flooring and construction industry. He has also been involved in building and managing multiple businesses in real estate construction, both new, and remodeling, since 1995.

Brannon completed his undergraduate work at Kennesaw State University in 1997, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship.

Brannon also attended classes at Harvard University & MIT for a Senior Executives Negotiations class while employed by The Dixie Group (Nations 4th largest flooring manufacturer at the time). He has taken advanced real estate classes from some of the most successful real estate investors in the nation such as: Carlton Sheets, Ron Legrand, Ed Garcia, Terry Vaughn, William Bronchick, John Adams, Dyches Boddiford, and Joe Kaiser. In addition, he was his own general contractor for all construction projects he was involved in.

Brannon was the National Sales Manager for Metro Mills. He was in charge of launching Metro Mills in January of 2000 from the ground up. This business unit, which was a division of The Dixie Group, grew to nearly $30 million in sales in three years under the management of Mr. Fain. Metro Mills was the only dedicated floor covering program to the multi-family housing industry in the U.S.

In 2009, Brannon was recruited as an equity partner by one of the top 10 largest flooring contractors in the U.S., to launch their “Commercial Division.” This division grew from no sales, to over $14 million in sales since January 2010 as a result of Brannon’s efforts. That contracting company had never managed any projects outside of the State of Georgia, but as a result of infrastructure Mr. Fain put in place, they are currently managing projects Nationwide. Brannon has built a loyal group of flooring subcontractors to perform labor where ever the project may be located. Mr. Fain also has an extensive list of General Contractors across the Nation for commercial projects.  Most recently, in 2013, Brannon separated from them to create Contract Flooring Solutions (CFS). Under the management of Mr. Fain, CFS will reach $20 million in annual sales by 2018.

Simultaneously while building businesses, Brannon has invested in real estate. For the past 23 years he has managed hundreds of rental homes, town homes, rehabs, new construction projects and joint venture commercial projects, most of which he owned or was in partnerships with other investors.

Brannon was interviewed and praised for his help in the contribution of information for the National best seller “The Millionaire Real Estate Investor” by Gary Keller, founder of Keller Realty. You can also find a success story written by Brannon on www.creonline.com where he was successful in early 2003 setting up a $1,000,000 working line of credit with a local bank that was used to buy investment real estate. This was a very large accomplishment at that time.

To date, Brannon has authored three books and published them himself. The first one is titled “Show Me the Money.” For three years he sold this book through performing seminars teaching multiple techniques of investing in real estate successfully. The second one is titled “Yes, Approved: The Insider’s Guide to Financing Real Estate Using Local Banks.” This book and his third book titled: “17 Creative Ways to Finance Your Next Real Estate Investing Deal” were marketed on www.EnlightenedWealthMedia.com.

Brannon Fain resides in North GA with his wife Nikki and their children Madeline,  Jackson, and Reilly.

In the floor covering industry since 2005, Brian Hendrix has garnered a wealth of knowledge in flooring operations, bid-to-completion over the years. From multi-family residential to commercial/retail, Brian has worked on a wide variety of projects across the US.

A Georgia native, Brian graduated with a Business Management degree from LaGrange College in 2005 before moving back to the metro-Atlanta area to begin his professional career in the industry. I started as a general laborer just making sure all jobs’ sites were clean and all trash was put in dumpsters. Working around framers, electricians, Plumbers, drywall and flooring guys. I was able to pick it up quickly and they took the time to teach me as they took notice, I was interested in learning by asking question and helping them out. My attitude and work ethic helped me move up with the company and gain respect from our subs and owners and it’s something I have been able to bring to CFS.
